Mission Statement:

Support under serviced , under resourced youth by providing the opportunity to learn trades that could lead to sustainable, long term employment.
These learned skills will lead to the transformation of individual, family, school and community.

Vision:

Develop and enhance the skills necessary for our participants to obtain and maintain sustainable employment in the trades industry. Usoing construction as a platform, BFIT will focus on the core issues facing low income communities: self-empowerment, education, employment and crime prevention.

Target Population:

Males and females between the ages of 12-24 who are struggling socially, emotionally, academically and/or behaviorally in their school and/or community.
